Krista, a proud Florida native and Jacksonville resident since 2007, embodies a deep-rooted sense of integrity and dedication. Growing up on a cattle farm and watching her father run a successful electrical business, Krista learned the value of hard work and honest business practices from an early age.  After establishing herself in the high-pressure world of medical practice management and consulting, Krista made a significant career shift in 2017. By 2020, she transitioned more seriously into the real estate industry, driven by her passion for building lasting relationships and managing assets with excellence.

Today, Krista serves as the Director of Business Development for SVR Asset Group. In her role, she leverages her extensive experience to foster connections with commercial and residential property owners, ensuring their assets are expertly managed and optimized with top-notch property management experience.  She and her team are always looking for opportunities to work with you!
