Dedra has been in property management for over 30 years. She currently manages our portfolio of office and retail properties in Northeast Florida. Dedra has experience in managing various assets, including multifamily residential luxury lease-up properties, office buildings, open air retail, and power centers including the largest power center in Northeast Florida.

She has a solid history of maintaining and enhancing the physical appearance of the properties in her portfolio and fostering positive tenant relations with tenant visits and communications.

Throughout Dedra’s career she has created and implemented annual budgets, five-year business plans for capital improvement projects, financial forecasting, and maintained operating expenses. Negotiated and maintained maintenance contracts, developed a scope of work, sent RFPs, awarded, and managed through completion and final payment on capital improvement projects.
